A new smartphone by Oppo is set to be launched on the 19th of July, 2019. And if the rumour mills are to be believed, it’s the successor to the largely successful Oppo K1, the all new Oppo K3 which was released in China back in May.
Although Oppo has not revealed which phone it’s releasing officially yet, they have been dropping plenty of hints on their social media and website with the latest one being a sneak peak of the latest handset with a 3.0 clearly visible. The K3 has a Snapdragon 710 processor and a 6.5 inch full AMOLED screen, with a 1080 x 2340 resolution.
The K3 runs Android Go with the company’s latest android skin, ColorOS 6.0. It comes with upto 8GB RAM and is powered by a 3765 mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging. It has a pop-up selfie cam with a 16 MP lens while the Primary camera is also 16 MP supported with a 2 MP “depth lens”.
The Oppo K3 available in China comes in 3 variants, 6GB 64GB, 6GB 128GB and 8GB 256GB priced at about 16,000, 19,000 and 23,000 respectively. The pricing of the Indian variants is expected to be roughly the same. The K3 is also expected to be an Amazon Exclusive product, which means you can only buy it on Amazon. Keep an eye out for this amazing mid-range phone on the 19th because stocks are expected to sell out super fast!
